Lyricist Society

The Lyricist Society is an alternative music program at Frederick Douglass High School created by Quan Neloms, a social studies teacher at the school. The goal of the program is to give students a creative voice and the ability to change the narrative of how their community is perceived.

The Years Project - The Power to Rebuild

Then life-long Detroiter Gloria Jean Lowe began working with Kenneth and the city's other veterans to make homes greener, more energy efficient and affordable.
